First attempt at a #meatza - carb free pizza! Bottom is 100g of beef mince and 2 egg whites and herbs blended together and cooked either side in non stick frying pan into a circle shape and then I mixed 1/4 of an avocado with some no carb GIA tomato and garlic purée for the paste on top and then topped with #spinach leaves #tuna #mushrooms and 10g of #cheddar #cheese :) 398 cals - 47g pro 23g fats, 0 net carbs and 2g (fibre) carbs :) was so good! wahoo! #keto #ketosis #primal #paleo #lowcarb #nocarb #proteinandfats #highfats #goodfats #protein

On fire today! :) Cauliflower crust pizza! 
➡200g of cauliflower pulsed in a blender until the texture of rice. 
➡Preheat oven to 230 degrees or has mark 8. 
➡Microwave the cauliflower for 7 mins. 
➡Mix the cauliflower with 2 egg whites and LOTS of any spices!!! 
➡Spread out on a piece of greased baking paper with your hands or wooden spoon
➡Bake in the oven for 20 mins. 
➡Take out and Add your toppings! I have garlic and tomato purée - GIA do the best one - less than 70 cals for the whole tube and only 0.5g of carbs 😱👍 spinach leaves, mushrooms, peppers, jalapeños, onion and shredded grilled chicken with MORE herbs and chilli flakes 😍🔥 (you can put whatever you want!)
➡Put back into the oven for 6-7 minutes! 
➡VOILA amazing!!!  300 cals for the WHOLE THING!

#6weeksout Some (hopeful) progress photos!!!! Seeing a little more definition in my back and less ‘fluffy’ ness around my belly! I swapped a lb of fat for a lb of muscle in a week and dropped from 15 to 14% bodyfat - which is SO good in one week 😱 Wish I’d wake up one morning and BAM I’d look bikini contest ready but I know it doesn’t work like that! 👎 The past few weeks have been SUPER tough - no cheats, no slip ups, perfect meal and nutrient timings - trying to hit my macros right everyday - takes me a good few hours to plan my week of meals and prepare them and its so stressful! This week due to a few different reasons i have really craved so much naughty food but just have to remind myself all the naughty food will STILL be there in 6 weeks time and at the moment my goals are more important!👊 I just have just got to stick at it now as I’ve put too much hard work, time, sweat and even tears into this and if I have up it’d be for nothing! My cals go down by 100 a day this week and training will be even tougher, then next week I’m on my own again without a trainer for the final 5 weeks! Going so quickly! This whole thing is much more emotionally as mentally challenging than physically - the working out is the easy part! I think that it will all be worth it though, I am learning so much about training and nutrition techniques as well as my own body and my own mental strength. Almond butter protein cup :) chocolate is 1 tsp coconut oil and some unsweetened cocoa powder and a few drops of vanilla stevia to sweeten, bottom layer left in freezer for 2 mins. Middle is 1 scoop of #Sunwarrior chocolate vegan protein and 1 tbsp of almond butter mixed together with a little water! Plain dinner but best tasting thing after being on a 24hr fast!!! Meals 1-4 out of 6! 5:45 up - BCAAs, Multi vitamin, my beloved black coffee then Sprints tomorrow morning then breakfast : Greens drink, fish oils then this 2 egg 1 white spinach and mushroom omelette pictured in the box aha :) mixed nuts and chicken and egg salad! Post WO 1 scoop of pro powder with water and a banana (going to blend Into a smoothie with a frozen one 😊). Preparing and planning is tough and tiring but it makes things easier in the long run. #mealprep
