Bit of a makeshift protein smoothie for breakfast with whatever I had this morning before uni gym training - tried to go with an ‘apple pie’ theme!! Turned out really nice and smooth and sweet 😍1  scoop of Vanilla whey powder, 1 whole chopped apple, 1/2 sliced banana (mine was frozen), 150ml of unsweetened almond milk(or skimmed milk) 1tbsp of Pb2(or normal natural peanut butter) and a little cinnamon and vanilla essence. 300 cals, Macros: 32g Carbs, 4g Fat and 19g Protein 😊👍❤ (this would be different for normal PB and milk).
